The Housing Partnership, Inc. – Partridge Pointe Group Nine created an advertising campaign employing the theme, Point Me Home. The campaign, spread out over a two-month period, focused on a highly targeted audience in areas of the community that would deliver qualified income renters. It included a direct mail postcard, print ads, transit shelter panels, and billboard posters in those areas. The program resulted in doubling the foot traffic to Partridge Pointe, a 15% increase in leases, and a heightened community awareness of HPI and the Partridge Pointe project. |
